Her experience with these organizations includes establishing a variety of strategic fundraising initiatives, community outreach, and volunteer and special event programs. Michelle began grant consulting part-time in 2005 and transitioned to full time in 2009, establishing Westfield Consulting. Services include review and critique of marketing, case and proposal documents; customized foundation, corporation and government prospect research and proposal writing; grant strategy and calendar development; and training of staff. She has worked with a variety of agencies, including grass roots start-ups to multi-million dollar national organizations, to raise $12+ million dollars for social service, youth, health, art and environmental causes. Michelle is a member and past president of the AFP Greater Arizona Chapter and is dedicated to providing professional and ethical services.
